Outstanding Tiny Desk
Terms of service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
By using Outstanding Tiny Desk, you agree to these terms.
The service
Outstanding Tiny Desk is an independent AI video tool for making desk-concert-style videos from photos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, Tiny Desk, Charlie Wilson or their representatives. Generated results vary and may not reproduce a particular person or performance accurately.
Your photos and conduct
Upload only photos you have the right and permission to use. Before creating a video, you must confirm that the people shown are adults, have consented, and that the content is not sexual or harassing. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful impersonation, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
Credits and payment
Credit packs for this studio are one-time purchases. The pack price is shown before payment, and the credit cost for your chosen video settings is shown before generation. Purchased pack credits do not expire. Credits for failed generations are returned to your balance; see the refund policy for payment refund requests.
Uploads, results and sharing
You retain the rights you have in your uploads and give us and our service providers permission to process them to provide the requested service. Creations are private and are not listed publicly by this site; people with a media link you share may be able to view it. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, including obtaining any permissions required for people, music and other material. This service does not grant rights to third-party songs or performances.
Availability and support
The service and outputs are provided as available; generation quality and availability can vary. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens the service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@tiny-desk-ai.video.
