Privacy policy

Information we process

We process account details such as your name and email, sign-in and session information, uploaded photos, generation settings and results, credit and order records, and messages you send to support. Technical information such as IP address and request logs may be processed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, provide and maintain the service, process purchases and credits, generate and deliver videos, respond to requests, and prevent abuse. Session cookies support sign-in and site operation.

Photos and generated videos

Uploaded photos are stored in the project's media storage and sent to the AI provider to process your request. Removing a photo from a slot does not delete its stored file. Generated videos and task records are associated with your account. Creations are private for free and paid accounts and are not listed publicly by this site. People with a media link you share may be able to view it.

To request deletion of uploaded media or account information, email support@tiny-desk-ai.video from your account email. We will review your request and applicable retention requirements. Deleting a creation record does not necessarily delete the underlying stored files or copies held by service providers.

Service providers and payments

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, AI generation, communications and payment processing. Information needed to perform those services is shared with them. Stripe processes card payments; the site receives transaction information needed to administer your order and credits.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to operate the service, maintain records, address security and disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
